The developer calls it Eastport Town Center, and both names refer to the same place. The recreation infrastructure is substantial. The Olympia Recreation Center opened in August 2025 and is one of the largest facilities The Villages has built. Bellaire Executive Golf Course opened in November 2025, giving Eastport its own golf footprint from the start.
