- Run the seller net sheet calculator and send yourself or Scout the result (name, email, phone)

- Respond to your inquiry

- FollowUpBoss — the CRM used to manage inquiries. When you submit the contact form, the home valuation form, or the seller net sheet, the name, email address, phone number, and message you enter are sent to FollowUpBoss so the inquiry can be tracked and answered. FollowUpBoss may also track activity on this site for call and lead attribution purposes.
- MailerLite — manages newsletter signups and sends the email newsletter. When you subscribe, the name and email address you enter are stored by MailerLite. See MailerLite's privacy policy for details.
- Google reCAPTCHA — protects the newsletter signup form from spam and abuse. It may collect device and usage data to distinguish humans from bots. See Google's privacy policy for details.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses standard WordPress cookies for basic site functionality (such as maintaining sessions if you log in). No tracking cookies are placed on your device by us for advertising purposes.
