“Scout went above and beyond for our father who needed to sell his house. During the process our father was diagnosed with terminal cancer, Scouts willingness to assist and help expedite everything to ensure our father could be with his family during this tough time in Virginia was amazing. Scout was always available, provided solutions to problems, and exceeded all of our expectations. Scout is the best realitor we have ever met.”
“We worked with Scout (starting in December) after meeting him at an open house. He was very helpful in our search for a house in The Villages. After understanding what we were looking for (area, price point, style of house, etc), he did not waste our time taking us to see houses outside our criteria. Once we found a house, Scout worked with us in putting together an offer. His suggestions and input on how the home buying process works here were appreciated. As newcomers to a different state and city, he provided information about who to contact and what we needed to do before and after the closing. This made the move much less stressful for us .
